If you enjoy lugging your own suitcases down a narrow aisle because there's no concierge service, then this is the place for you. The air conditioning was utterly subpar. I anticipated a simple welcome gift for my troubles-some gesture of goodwill would've been nice, but I guess I'm just a regular guest here.
